On the Watertown Seal is a picture of an English Colonist and an Indian exchanging, as peace tokens,  bread for fish.  Captain Roger Clap landed at Nantasket Point in 1630 and rode up Charles River to Gerry's Landing with the first party of Watertown Colonists.

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the City known as the Town of Watertown will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, February 10, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Third Floor Conference Room of the Town Hall Administration Building, 149 Main Street, Watertown, MA. 

 

DUE TO THE ANTICIPATED SNOW STORM, THIS MEETING HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2010.  THE MEETING WILL BE HELD AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 2ND FLOOR OF THE TOWN HALL.

Street, Suite 2F, Watertown, MA 02472, herein requests the Board of Appeals to approve a modification to approved control documents under decision #08-19, by permitting the construction of a basement, where originally approved a slab foundation for the new building presently under construction at 32 North Beacon Street a/k/a 71 Arsenal Street, located in
