THE SHINE PROGRAM (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders) is a free service funded by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs to help answer your health insurance, and prescription medication coverage questions. SHINE volunteers are trained and certified to provide seniors with free confidential counseling by appointment. Our SHINE volunteer is at the Senior Center once a week on Wednesdays. Exercise class with Henry Oliveras, at the Senior Center! The classes focus on the particular needs of seniors in a fun, safe environment. Exercises include muscle strengthening, light-stretching, balance and posture improvement, and low-impact aerobics; all done to your favorite tunes! Regular exercise can improve circulation, help to strengthen bones, Increase muscle mass, reduce joint stiffness, and improve general health. Whether it's to get stronger, loosen up, or just get moving, give it a try!

Phase 2 – Building B Final Site Plan Approval
Boylston Properties and The Wilder Companies will be holding a Community Meeting to review Phase 2 of the Arsenal Yards master plan. The purpose of this meeting will be to present and discuss the final layout and design of Building B, and discuss the operation of the property during construction. Building B is located on the western end of the site, adjacent to the HVMA lot, and contains retail, a parking structure, and hotel.
The Community Meeting will be held on May 31, 2017 from 6:30-8:30 PM.
