This form will put the above location on a list to be inspected and considered for a tree planting. The list is advertised on the Town of Watertown website. Determination is made at that time as to suitability and need for a tree at that site by the Tree Warden. Many variables go into choosing the correct spot and type of tree for a particular street tree planting.

Watertown has a program that allows the Town to plant many additional trees. We ask people who have requested and received trees, planted on town land near their home or within their street facing yards, to donate $95.00 per tree to a Tree Fund. This amount is a fraction of the cost of planting a tree, but it helps the Town to plant more trees and to green a bit more of Watertown. Participation in this program is not required and in no way will affect the planting or not planting of a tree.
