    SEATED STRENGTH AND BALANCE   Join Pearl Pressman Wednesday afternoons in August and September from 12:30 –1:30 for a seated class designed to accommodate individuals of various fitness levels and abilities and can be adapted to meet the particular needs of all participants. The class begins with a warm-up for joints and muscles, followed by strength training and balance exercises for all the major muscle groups and ending with gentle stretching exercises to increase flexibility and reduce muscle tension.
