On the Watertown Seal is a picture of an English Colonist and an Indian exchanging, as peace tokens,  bread for fish.  Captain Roger Clap landed at Nantasket Point in 1630 and rode up Charles River to Gerry's Landing with the first party of Watertown Colonists.

    CRAFT DAY! TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28 Join us when we spend a day making craft items, some to be put for sale at our Holiday Boutique. Ernie Berardinelli will be here at 11:00 to make Holiday wreaths. After you make your own stay and make another one we can sell! Cost: $15 Dawn Scaltreto will join us at 1:00 to help us decorate ornaments for your tree or decorating. Stay and make a couple for us to sell. Cost: $7.00 Tina Rose will share her bookmark making ideas at 2:00. Cost: $3.00. Anytime from 11:00—3:30 stop by and join one of these groups OR bring something of your own to work on. This is a great opportunity to spend time with others sharing your ideas and projects.
