About the Town Manager
The Town Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Town and is responsible to the Town Council for the proper administration of all Town affairs placed under his charge by or under the charter.
The powers and duties of the Town Manager are listed in Section 3-2 of the Watertown Home Rule Charter.
