The Town of Watertown is seeking qualifications from individuals and firms for professional services for development of a Town-wide Community Preservation Plan. Qualified individuals or firms will provide technical assistance, guidance and leadership as to best practices to prepare and implement a Community Preservation Plan that complies with the requirements under MGL Chapter 44B referred to as the Community Preservation Act, and specifically Subsection 5(b)(1), in consultation with the Community Preservation Committee.
Qualification will be received by the Purchasing Agent, Town of Watertown, MA on or before 1:00 PM on July 31, 2019 at the Purchasing Department, Town Hall, 149 Main Street, Watertown MA 02472.
Ten (10) copies of the qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Watertown Community Preservation Plan Proposal" And One (1) thumb drive or disc copy of the qualifications "Watertown Community Preservation Plan Proposal". Qualifications delivered after the appointed time and date will not be considered.
