National Development and Alexandria Real Estate will be hosting a review and discussion of conceptual plans and specifics relating to the redevelopment of the 6 +/- acre site referenced as 99 Coolidge Avenue (formerly known as the Mt. Auburn Club). The proposed project use will include a mix of office and research & development/lab-life sciences space including a new, publicly accessible open space, an enhanced stream corridor, and streetscape improvements including new pedestrian and bicycle connections. (Note postings will be available online) There will be two community information meetings: one on January 20th and the other on February 8th. The first meeting will provide the full project presentation; the second will briefly review project details and will address any additional details or follow-up from the first meeting.
