The Purchasing Department is responsible for the proper procurement of goods and services in accordance with MGL Ch. 149, 30,39M, 30B, and 7. Procurement announcements are published on this website and when the value of the procurement is greater than 25,000, it is published in the Watertown Tab and Central Register when purchased under MGL Ch. 149, 30, 39M, and 7.

Procurements made using 30B are published in the Goods and Services Bulletin when over 100,000 and in some cases under 100,000.

    • Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
    • Tuesday, 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
    • Friday, 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
