- REQUIRED: With this form you will be required to upload a copy of your government issued identification to verify ownership. (Personal Property address updates require authorization and proof of employment)
- NEW OWNERS: Ownership changes must be recorded with the Registry of Deeds. Please visit the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds for more information.
- EXEMPTIONS: As a result of changing the address, exemptions may be removed from the property, if the owner is no longer occupying the property.
- NOTE: The updated address may not take effect until the following bill cycle. Concerned owners may contact the Treasurer/Collector for a copy of the bill.
