Overhead Doors and Cafeteria Security Gates On-Call Maintenance and Repair
The City of Watertown (MA) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for Overhead Doors and Cafeteria Security Gates On-Call Maintenance and Repair. Qualified contractors are requested to submit proposals in accordance with the Instructions within this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). Bid Forms and Contract documents are available free online at Projectdog.com website at 10:00AM on Wednesday April 1, 2026. All plan holders must register or have an active online account on www.Projectdog.com to acquire documents, receive project notifications, and to submit bids electronically. Enter Project Code 873814 in the project locator box and select “Acquire Documents” to download documents.
Bid Deadline: Tuesday April 21, 2026 10:00AM. Hand delivered bids will not be accepted.
Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, or certified check, and/or a treasurer’s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid.
Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project. The City of Watertown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as determined to be in the best interest of the City.

Landscape Architecture Services Old Burying Ground and Common St. Cemetery
The City of Watertown (MA) invites proposals from qualified Landscape Architects. Qualified individuals/firms are requested to submit their proposals to www.projectdog.com in accordance with the instructions contained within this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Architectural firms should consider creating a "team" with other firms as needed to provide the full range of expertise. Qualified architectural firms. are requested to submit their proposals to www.projectdog.com in accordance with the instructions contained within this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

Janitorial Services
The City of Watertown (MA) invites submittals from qualified vendors for Janitorial Services at municipal buildings for a one year term, beginning on May 1, 2026, and ending on April 30, 2027, with two one-year term options for renewal at the sole discretion of the city. Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the Submission Requirements within the Request for Proposal (RFP) and M.G.L. c. 30B.
The RFP will be bid ELECTRONICALLY. PUBLIC HEARING ITEM: FY27 Annual Action Plan – The City of Newton Housing and Community Development Division of the Planning and Development Department annually receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HOME funds are received on behalf of the WestMetro HOME Consortium, which also includes the Towns of Bedford, Belmont, Brookline, Concord, Lexington, Natick, Needham, Sudbury, and Wayland and the Cities of Framingham, Waltham, and Watertown. To receive this funding, the City of Newton and the WestMetro Consortium are required to prepare the Annual Action Plan which describes the CDBG, HOME, and ESG funded projects that will be undertaken over the course of the upcoming fiscal year (July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027) as part of the goals and strategies outlined in the FY26-30 Consolidated Plan. The City of Newton and WestMetro HOME Consortium are required to hold a public hearing on the report to solicit feedback and to ensure that grant funds are effectively spent to assist low- and moderate-income residents, as outlined in the Citizen Participation Plan.
